Program & Governance Lead

Position Overview

Program Leadership

• Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, including phases, deliverables, and quarterly milestones.
• Ensure successful execution of program objectives within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor program performance, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.

Data Governance & Standards

• Design and implement the data governance framework, including data ownership, stewardship, and accountability structures.
• Develop and maintain data standards, data dictionaries, and data quality guidelines.
• Establish standardized data-entry procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
• Promote data governance best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practices.
• Facilitate governance committees, workshops, and decision-making forums.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and governance updates.
• Communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Candidate ProfileQualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, Data Governance Consultant, or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading data management, Master Data Management (MDM), or digital transformation programs.
• Experience working within government entities, public sector organizations, or large enterprises is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or similar methodologies.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Confident presenter with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
