Role overview

Supports program finance for the Advanced Products and Solutions portfolio, including reporting, proposal development, Estimate at Completion development, and financial planning and analysis.

Provides financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and presentation support to program and functional organizations.

What you will do

  • Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer financial deliverables.
  • Prepare monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasts; develop quarterly Estimates at Completion with costs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze budget baseline and Estimate at Completion variances; maintain Work Breakdown Structures in APEX/SAP.
  • Prepare budgets and monthly Earned Value Management reports; support proposal cost estimates and basis-of-estimate development.
  • Coordinate with program stakeholders and support internal and external reporting and financial analysis.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant financial experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working independently and in a team environment, and preparing written and verbal financial communications.

Preferred qualifications

  • Preferred experience includes SAP, Business Warehouse, APEX/APEX EV, PMX, financial forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and EVM reporting.
  • Proposal cost estimates, basis-of-estimate development, financial briefings, reporting issue resolution, and Raytheon financial systems experience are preferred.

Workplace

  • The role is designated remote, primarily offsite from home.
  • Some onsite presence may be discussed for employees living within reasonable commuting distance of an RTX site; select interview steps may be in person.

Compensation

  • The stated salary range is USD 68,900–131,100 per year.
