Program Cost Controls Principal Analyst

Position overview

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs, including all elements of cost.
• Support monthly program status reviews, EAC reviews, and Program Latest Revised Estimate development.
• Perform EVM cost and schedule analysis across production programs under applicable EVMS requirements.
• Support preparation and submission of monthly financial forecasts.
• Support Gate Reviews, proposals, RFIs, ROM estimates, invoicing, balance sheet activities, and funding analysis.
• Support cash management by invoicing and monitoring customer receipts.
• Support cost strategy for competitive and strategic proposals.
• Analyze program cost and schedule data, report financial results, and communicate variances from plans and forecasts.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP financial systems, including APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO.
• Experience with Raytheon PMX or a similar financial management system.
• Experience with EVMS, program controls, cost and schedule management, and/or EAC processes.
• EVMS certification or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under the program or contract.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience preparing and presenting financial briefings to management, customers, and peers.
• Experience managing multiple reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities to established deadlines.
• Experience with production-program cost and schedule analysis, monthly forecasts, and EAC development.
• Experience supporting proposals, Gate Reviews, RFIs, ROM estimates, invoicing, receipts, cash management, balance sheets, or funding analysis.
• Experience with Raytheon projects, systems, or program controls processes is preferred.
