Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Three to five years of administrative, program coordination, healthcare, or higher education experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends and travel locally as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
