Program Controls Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and govern project baselines, including scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
- Manage baseline change control processes and ensure changes are appropriately reviewed and approved.
- Coordinate and maintain PMO reporting, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of project reporting.
- Monitor project performance against approved baselines and highlight key variances and risks.
- Support governance forums, reviews, and reporting requirements.
- Promote compliance with PMO standards, processes, and controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance practices.
- Essential Requirements:
- Experience in PMO, program controls, project controls, or project governance.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
- Required Security Clearance Level: NV1
- Location: Adelaide
- Weekly Hours: 40
Qualifications
