Qualifications & Experience

• PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in
• Health Professions Education, Medical Education, or a related field
• Additional clinical or healthcare background will be an advantage
• **Associate Professor:**
• Minimum 8–10 years of academic experience
• **Professor:**
• Minimum 10–15 years of academic experience with proven leadership
• Strong track record in
• teaching, research publications, and curriculum development
• Experience with
• accreditation and quality assurance processes
