RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform ultrasound-guided transvaginal ovum pickup procedures for bovine IVF embryo production.
- Travel to client farms and satellite locations to deliver professional reproductive services.
- Evaluate pregnancy status through ultrasonography and assist with fetal sexing as needed.
- Perform embryo transfers and other reproductive procedures based on experience and business needs.
- Monitor production results, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Communicate technical information and reproductive results clearly and professionally to clients.
- Support biosecurity practices and follow established company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional image while delivering service that exceeds customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Approximately two years of hands-on bovine ovum pickup experience is strongly preferred.
- A master’s or doctoral degree in bovine reproduction or a related field is preferred; qualifying experience may be considered in place of an advanced degree.
- Experience with pregnancy checking, fetal sexing, or embryo transfer is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage a field-based schedule, and travel up to 75%.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working long days during seasonal periods.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle record review.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
