Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in professional massage therapy, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of health, wellness, and relaxation techniques.
The candidate should currently reside in Dubai and be passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic and relaxation treatments to clients.
Key Responsibilities
●Provide professional massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Relaxation Massage.
●Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable therapies and wellness treatments.
●Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety.
●Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean and organized.
●Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
●Maintain accurate treatment records and client preferences.
●Promote spa services and wellness packages when appropriate.
●Follow all spa policies, health regulations, and professional ethics.

Requirements
●Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
●Currently residing in Dubai.
●Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or related wellness field is a plus.
●Strong knowledge of different massage techniques and body therapies.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Professional appearance and positive attitude.
●Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
●Multilingual skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
●Experience working in luxury spas, wellness centers, or hotels.
●Knowledge of additional therapies or beauty treatments.
●DHA license or eligibility is a plus.
