Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and professional Beautician with at least 3 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty services, customer care, and maintaining high hygiene standards while delivering excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
●Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic makeup services.
●Assess clients’ skin and beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
●Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, equipment, and workstations according to salon hygiene standards.
●Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
●Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
●Manage appointments efficiently and maintain client records.
●Promote salon products and services when appropriate.
●Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during all treatments.
Requirements
●Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Beautician.
●Currently residing in Dubai.
●Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and hygiene practices.
●Excellent communication and customer service skills.
●Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
●Professional appearance and positive attitude.
●Relevant beauty therapy certification or training preferred.
Preferred Skills
●Expertise in threading and waxing.
●Knowledge of skincare treatments and facial therapies.
●Makeup application skills are an advantage.
●Ability to upsell beauty products and salon services.
