Stay informed on statewide initiatives impacting K-12 schools and districts within Texas, and ensure IXL implementations and professional development are aligned

Create and maintain a positive culture that drives performance and outcomes

Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships in Texas

Partner with district leaders in Texas to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation aligned to their goals

Travel to support districts, provide professional development, and observe team members—up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year

Regularly observe professional development and provide actionable feedback to your team

Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps

BA/BS degree

2+ years of experience leading a professional development team

K-12 teaching experience

An experienced people manager who fosters collaboration, builds a positive team culture, and helps others grow

Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators

Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude

Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish

Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology

Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills

Must live close to a major airport
