Who You Are
- 1+ years of industrial experience – Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED required – A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude – Proven ability to work with machines and understand basic mechanical functions.
- Attention to detail and dependability – Strong focus on quality and reliability.
- Ability to work shift work – Flexible to work various shifts as required by the job.
- Ability to work overtime – Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.
- Pass drug/physical/background check – Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test and background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the US – Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Safety-conscious – Ability to lead and promote health and safety practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.
- Physical Requirements
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk or stand at least 80% of the shift.

Responsibilities
- Operates hand and/or power equipment – Ensures proper operation and maintenance of machinery to meet production standards.
- Runs machinery – Controls various types of equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
- Handles materials – Responsible for moving raw materials to designated areas to keep production running smoothly.
- Ensures safety procedures – Follows all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Operates mobile equipment – Uses forklift or other mobile equipment for material handling.
- Uses packing and banding equipment – Efficiently operates packing and banding machines to prepare products for shipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned – Supports team efforts by completing any other tasks requested by management.
