Salary - £31,833.65 inclusive of shift allowance

42 hours - Shift pattern of 3 on 3 off days and nights

For the role of a Production Team Operative we are looking for:

Competency in Health & Safety Procedures.

Competent at completing area/machine/equipment safety checks, immediately reporting any non-conformances, accidents, near misses or food safety concerns to supervisors and suggest corrective actions.

Competent at completing quality checks and documentation.

Compliant with GMP and good housekeeping.

Completes effective handover with oncoming team member to provide an update on any safety, quality, people, delivery or cost issues arisen during working hours.

Please note that it is essential that you hold a valid and accredited Counterbalance licence for this position.

You will be part of a supportive team, led by Production Shift Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.
