• Systematically monitor and evaluate the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are attained and drive process improvements.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products against standards to uncover and address deviations.
• Apply occupational health and safety policies, regulations and standards to protect people and property.
• Observe asset condition and determine status based on indicators and real-time data to prioritize and optimize maintenance resources.
• Develop, implement and enhance processes, tools and training to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while controlling output, quality and cost.
