Your Mission

Shift and Salary

• Shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 – 22:00
• Salary: £39,215 + Shift Allowance
• Location: Buckingham

• Plan and Execute with Precision – Support production planning, manage resources, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Be a Data-Driven Decision Maker – Use visual management and performance metrics to guide your team and report results.
• Champion Digital Tools – Lead the way in ERP/MES adoption and digital efficiency within your team.
• Optimise Costs and Resources – Maximise productivity, minimise waste, and ensure smart use of materials and budgets.
