The posting describes an experienced Civil Engineer for a precast concrete manufacturing facility.
The role involves precast concrete production, technical coordination, drawings, quality control, and shopfloor activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor precast concrete production activities.
- Review and interpret structural and precast shop drawings.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, planning, and site teams.
- Monitor reinforcement, mould preparation, casting, demoulding, and finishing.
- Ensure production complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Support technical problem-solving and resolve production issues.
- Monitor quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist with production planning and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Precast concrete experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of precast production and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand structural and shop drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
