Manage daily counter sales, help customers select suitable products, and provide a professional customer experience.
Building materials or concrete products experience is preferred; a Civil Engineering background is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage counter sales and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Explain products and recommend suitable concrete and building materials.
- Process sales transactions and maintain product displays and counter stock levels.
- Coordinate sales reporting and stock requirements with the Sales Manager.
- Build customer and contractor relationships and keep the counter clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Civil Engineering is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant counter sales experience; building materials or construction products experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer-focused skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English required; Hindi and Arabic preferred.
- Experience with contractors, engineers, and construction companies is a plus.
Employment and work location
- Full-time role with in-person work location.
