We are hiring Production Supervisor with Couture experience for a well known Luxury couture in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Supervision

• Supervise daily workshop production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign work to tailors, cutters, finishers, and support staff based on priority and deadlines.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of all job orders.
• Follow up on urgent, custom, and VIP orders.

2. Workshop Operations

• Receive and coordinate new job orders from the Sales / Operations team.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations from order receipt to final dispatch.
• Maintain proper workflow, job tracking, and coordination within the workshop.

3 . Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of fabrics, trims, accessories, and workshop materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP records.

4. Costing & Material Control

• Prepare costing for each production item.
• Monitor material usage and support cost control to minimize wastage and operational losses.

5. Quality Control

• Monitor production quality at all stages to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Inspect finished items before sending them to the showroom or client.
• Ensure rework and production errors are minimized.

6. Product Documentation

• Take HD photos of finished items before dispatch.
• Maintain proper records of completed products and job status.

7. Procurement & Material Coordination

• Coordinate purchase and availability of fabrics, trims, accessories, and workshop materials.
• Follow up with procurement, suppliers, and drivers for timely material collection and delivery.

8. ERP & Reporting

• Maintain and update inventory, purchase orders, and workshop records in the ERP system.
• Generate reports related to inventory, production, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with ERP / IT support for system-related issues when required.

9. Team Supervision

• Supervise workshop staff performance, productivity, attendance, and discipline.
• Guide and support the team to ensure efficient production output and quality workmanship.

10. Coordination & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, HR, Accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Assist with basic HR and Accounts-related work when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
