Lead and develop high-care shift operations in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment.
Deliver site production plans, labour targets, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-care shift teams and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Maintain BRC audit readiness, control QA paperwork, enforce food-safety requirements, and resolve operational non-conformances.
- Optimise stock rotation, minimise product giveaway and waste, and drive continuous site improvement.
- Coach and develop team leaders and operatives, manage training matrices, and investigate operational non-conformances.
Candidate requirements
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent, with strong numerical, verbal, and MS Office capabilities.
- Proven experience supervising production or process teams in food manufacturing.
- Strong team-coaching, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility across shift patterns.
Salary
- Advertised salary is £33,000–£33,500 per annum; the description also lists £33,500.
