Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in soybean crushing, oil refining, oil packaging, or a related industrial manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software programs as required. Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and engage employees. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts. The compensation range for this position is $96,768.00 to $108,864.00 In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
