Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities across shifts to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
- Ensure adherence to
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
,
Haccp
, and
ISO
- standards.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Schedule and allocate labor, materials, and equipment resources effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines (e.g., blow molding, filling, labeling, capping lines) are operating properly.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
- Track production data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare shift reports.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and health regulations.
- Participate in planning and forecasting production requirements with management.
