Position Summary

The Production & Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, project execution, installation schedules, workforce allocation, material readiness, and operational follow-up to ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.

The role acts as the link between sales, design, production, procurement, warehouse, and installation teams.

Production Coordination

  • Coordinate daily production schedules.
  • Monitor project progress inside the workshop.
  • Ensure production deadlines are achieved.
  • Follow up with fabrication, printing, branding, and finishing teams.
  • Identify production delays and escalate issues immediately.
  • Ensure all production requirements are available before work starts.

Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate project execution from work order to final delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones.
  • Track all active projects and update management regularly.
  • Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and action items.
  • Ensure operational issues are resolved promptly.

Installation & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate installation teams and schedules.
  • Prepare installation plans and manpower allocation.
  • Ensure required materials and tools are available before site work.
  • Follow up with site supervisors and installation crews.
  • Monitor installation completion and quality standards.

Project Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain project trackers and status reports.
  • Monitor project deadlines.
  • Report risks, delays, and resource shortages.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operations reports.
  • Update management on project status.

Resource & Workforce Coordination

  • Coordinate manpower allocation across projects.
  • Monitor attendance and workforce requirements.
  • Coordinate overtime requirements when necessary.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of available resources.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Sales Team
  • Design Team
  • Procurement Team
  • Warehouse Team
  • Production Team
  • Installation Team
  • Ensure all departments are aligned on project requirements.

Production

  • On-time production completion rate.
  • Number of production delays.
  • Rework percentage.

Operations

  • Project completion on schedule.
  • Number of unresolved operational issues.
  • Client delivery performance.

Installation

  • On-time installation completion.
  • Site issue resolution time.

Reporting

  • Accuracy of project trackers.
  • Timely reporting and updates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Coordination, Operations Coordination, Project Coordination, Signage, Branding, Printing, Events, Fit-Out, Manufacturing, or Related Industries.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience using Excel and project tracking systems.
  • Qatar experience preferred.
