About the Role
Sadou Design is seeking a skilled Production Designer & Printing Specialist to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital printing technologies, production file preparation, product sampling, and branding applications.
This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge of printing processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production-ready artwork and machine files.
- Create product samples and prototypes for client approvals.
- Operate UV printing machines and related equipment.
- Operate sublimation printing equipment.
- Perform crystal printing and engraving production.
- Conduct printing trials and test new production techniques.
- Ensure print quality and color consistency.
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines.
- Maintain production records and quality standards.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in printing production or related fields.
- Experience with UV Printing and Sublimation Printing.
- Experience in production file preparation.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of branding and promotional products.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Experience in engraving or crystal printing is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in gift and promotional products production.
- Knowledge of various printing materials and substrates.
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
