We are a leading events and exhibitions company seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all production activities, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and efficient operations.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise in production processes for events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily and weekly production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Manage, train, and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently; manage inventory and warehouse operations.
- Monitor production processes, ensure quality control, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication between production, logistics, and project teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Track and report production metrics; maintain documentation for inventory, resource allocation, and quality checks.
- Conduct end-of-day debriefings and plan for the following day’s production activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the Events and Exhibitions sector.
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale production/fabrication and complex warehouse operations.
- Advanced proficiency in
Autocad
and
Sketchup
- .
- Expert knowledge of
Odoo Erp
- for workflow, inventory, and procurement management.
- Familiarity with graphic software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and adhere to safety regulations.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic (Mandatory).
