Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager – Labels** to oversee and manage end-to-end label production operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production planning, quality control, cost optimization, and timely delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **daily production operations** for label manufacturing
- Plan and control **production schedules** to meet delivery timelines
- Ensure **quality standards** are met across all production stages
- Optimize **machine utilization, materials, and manpower**
- Implement **process improvements** to reduce waste and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and environmental standards**
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff
& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering / Industrial / Production Management**
- **7–10 years of experience** in label manufacturing or printing industry
- Strong knowledge of **flexo, offset, or digital label printing processes**
- Experience handling **label converting, die-cutting, and finishing**
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in **pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, or packaging labels**
- Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma**
- Familiarity with **ERP or production planning systems**
