Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operational staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Quality and Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company quality assurance procedures across all production activities.

Collaborate closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow and effective raw material management.

Monitor production KPIs, prepare operational reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership regarding productivity and process improvements.

8+ years of experience in food manufacturing or large-scale production operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.

Strong understanding of food safety systems, production planning, operational efficiency, and manufacturing compliance standards.

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.

working with ERP systems, production scheduling tools, and operational reporting platforms.

English proficiency is required for operational documentation and management communication.

Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.

You know how to balance production efficiency, team leadership, and premium product quality while maintaining operational discipline.
