**Location:** Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Production Manager** to join our Joinery Factory team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in joinery and fit-out manufacturing operations, with the ability to manage production, manpower, quality, and project deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all factory production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project, and Installation teams.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage.
- Lead and manage factory workforce efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and factory production management.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture production, and interior fit-out works.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning.
- **Arabic preferred.**
- Qatar experience is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
