Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science and technology.
- At least 10 years of poultry-industry production experience.
- At least three years of managerial experience within the poultry industry.
- Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Production duties
- Develop and implement production schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
