About the Role
Support the sales department by building strong business relationships with customers and facilitating product listing, price changes, and updates.
Sell all approved promotions and, by manager instruction, negotiate retailer-specific promotions agreed from time to time.
Areas of Responsibility
- Ensure all company products get listed in all accounts assigned.
- Ensure proper planning by account name of promotional products and that they are listed before launch.
- Ensure space is obtained prior to the sell-in period for all promotions.
- Ensure assigned accounts operate to the approved Almarai price list and that each account's price and item file is up to date.
- Implement customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Must hold a Diploma Certificate in business.
- 1+ years of FMCG sales or key accounts experience.
- Fair English language.
- Can maintain work under pressure, especially in seasons such as Ramadan and school periods.
- Able to adapt and communicate with different cultures and has good knowledge of sales in general.
- Competencies such as negotiation skills, analytical skills, PC skills, interpersonal skills, punctuality, and discipline.
