The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production plans, maintaining product quality standards, optimizing productivity, managing manpower allocation, and coordinating with related departments to achieve production targets and delivery commitments.
The role also requires the ability to develop and manage production plans while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations.
- Prepare and follow up production plans and schedules.
- Monitor productivity and production performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Report production results and operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience as a Production Planner and Production Supervisor.
- Prior experience in the Air Filter Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and manpower management.
- Ability to monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting.
