Training Objective
To provide the intern with hands-on experience in manufacturing and production operations, enabling them to gain practical knowledge in an industrial environment while supporting daily production activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities according to approved plans.
- Support the manufacturing team in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Help prepare production-related reports such as output, efficiency, and waste.
- Follow and comply with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the training supervisor.
