Role overview
Support and manage daily production activities at a wooden pallet factory as a Production Executive.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities; monitor targets, output, and quality.
- Coordinate with workers, machine operators, and supervisors.
- Ensure production materials are available on time and monitor the proper use of timber and other materials.
- Maintain daily production records and reports; monitor worker attendance and productivity.
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate material requirements with Stores and Procurement.
- Report production issues, delays, and shortages to management; ensure production follows company standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of production or manufacturing experience.
- Wooden pallet, timber, or wood products factory experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes and manpower coordination.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a factory environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,500 per month, with accommodation provided.
- The role is stated as full-time.
