• s.Initiates material procurement for fabrication aid
• s.Initiate RFQ for work to be subcontracte
• d.Review drawings for constructabilit
• y.Initiate assembly checklist for all major construction milestone
• s.Leads WCR review and confirmation of WT before lifts, loadout, weighin
• g.Manages all coordination for loadout preparation and weighin
• g.Carries out coordination with Marine and Fab Team for installation aids, sea fastening and offshore lift riggin
• g.Carries out coordination with CSE Department and Marine Warranty Surveyo
• r.Publishes CSE deliverable list with required dates. Chairs CSE coordination meetin
• g.Provide yard layout input with regards to layout, stack, and loadout date

• le.Coordinates with MTO, warehouse, drafting teams to issue work pac
• ks.Review and understand manhour estimate. Ensure estimates are correct. Provide feedback to the estimation department where requir
• ed.Issues work packs and follows up all activities for work pack executi
• on.Carries out progress reporting on the proje
• ct.Reviews weekly fabrication progress reports for progress and productivity. Acts on anomali
• es.Responsible for documenting all scopes of work changes (change orders) and coordinating AFC estimate updat
• es.Reviews input deliverable forecast dates (material & drawings) and advises impact to fabrication schedu
• le.Appraises Senior Production Engineer or Fabrication Operations Engineer of any project issues which affect the forecasted progress, productivity, and schedule commitmen

• nt.Provides field guidance to meet project specifications, schedule, and targe
• ts.Participates and provides feedback on regular sites and look ahead meetin
