Senior Production Engineer
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality output
- Optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste and downtime
- Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in one or more of the following industries:
- • Refrigerated transport manufacturing (Reefer trucks)
- • Filter manufacturing
- • Metal structures/steel fabrication
- Strong knowledge of production processes and industrial operations
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
