- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Reduce waste and optimize resource utilization
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Prepare production reports and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
