Production Engineer - Copper Industry Background
1. JOB PURPOSE:
Lead a team consist of supervisors & operators to operate a group of the machines & develop the process to produce in highest performance.
2 .MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING/ KNOWLEDGE
Education: Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Mechanical
Experience: Preferably 5 years experience in copper industry
Knowledge: Very good English & computer skills- Preferable if have Lean or Kizen background.
3. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES AND CURRENT OBJECTIVES
1- Continuously process development improvement by observing and correcting the different parameters, develop WI and find potential for improvement.
2- Maintain the down time at lowest level by developing the work flow for appropriate utilization to get the maximum productivity.
3-Maintain the non-conformity product at lowest level by making the right preventive action.
4-Maintain material consumption at lowest possible level by checking samples and advising to operators and to supervisors
5-maintain machines and devices in good and clean conditions as received from supplier.
6-Improve the result of adverts operator interring thru SFC committee for better analyses of production data
7-maintain and follow up safety rules by giving the awareness for the team and instructing them to use, and find the suitable required devices.
8- Manpower management and coordination with other departments to maximize the outputs.
