Full-time Production Engineer role managing manufacturing operations and leading fabrication teams.

Responsibilities
- Supervise production staff, including welders, fabricators and machine operators, to meet daily targets.
- Schedule and prioritize tasks and allocate resources for smooth production workflows.
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Inspect fabricated components against drawings, specifications and quality standards; coordinate with QA on non-conformities.
- Apply IECEx and ATEX standards and hazardous-area classifications; maintain equipment certification, test and compliance records for audits.
- Manage raw material, component and finished-goods inventory to meet production demand.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs to reduce hazards and prevent accidents.
Mandatory requirements
- Diploma or equivalent technical education/certification in fabrication or a related engineering field.
- Hands-on knowledge and work experience with IECEx and ATEX standards, hazardous-area classifications, equipment testing and compliance documentation.
- Supervisory experience in fabrication overseeing welding, machining and assembly operations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manage inventory, run safety programs and conduct quality inspections.
- Willingness and flexibility to work across multiple UAE sites, including JAFZA, DIP and Abu Dhabi.
