- Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate loading of cement trucks to meet customer demands and production schedules.
- Manage the packing plant's efficiency, monitoring machinery performance and implementing strategies to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards for bagged cement, conducting regular checks on product integrity and packaging.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules, reducing transportation costs and improving customer satisfaction.
