Overview
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement in key metrics.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, engineering) to align KPI goals and implement optimization solutions.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain production KPI dashboards for all production departments. Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production performance against targets. Generate variance analysis reports highlighting gaps between actual and target performance
- Experience in cement manufacturing operations including cement grinding and kiln operation, production analysis, or performance management.
