Candidate Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of embroidery techniques is required.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced fashion production environment is required.
Production and Team Management
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the embroidery department.
- Allocate embroidery work according to skills, workload, and production priorities.
- Plan daily and weekly production targets and monitor progress.
- Ensure embroidery orders are completed within required deadlines.
- Monitor employee productivity and address delays or production issues promptly.
- Coordinate manpower and workflow to maximize department efficiency.
- Train, guide, and develop embroidery staff on techniques, quality standards, and work procedures.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
