Junior Fashion Designer / Quality Control Specialist supporting fashion production, garment inspection, and compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
Quality control and inspection
- Inspect finished garments against company quality standards and client specifications.
- Check stitching, embroidery, fabric, measurements, finishing, and overall appearance.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrections with production staff.
- Ensure garments are finished, pressed, cleaned, and ready for delivery.
- Perform checks throughout production and before dispatch; report recurring issues and support corrective actions.
- Verify garments against design specifications and approved samples.
Design and production support
- Assist fashion design and production teams with daily work.
- Review designs, patterns, and samples against approved specifications.
- Coordinate fabric, embroidery, and design-related work.
- Support sample checking and new collection development.
- Coordinate with tailors, embroiderers, and production staff to resolve design and finishing issues.
Candidate profile
- A good eye for detail and an interest in fashion and garment production.
- Ability to identify quality issues in embroidery, stitching, finishing, and garment presentation.
- Listed preferred skills include garment quality control, fashion design support, inspection, finishing, sample checking, defect identification, and production coordination.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
Pay
- The description states AED 3,000–31,000 per month; the structured salary states AED 3,000 per month.
