We are seeking an experienced Production Designer for our signage manufacturing facility to lead design conceptualization through production execution.
This role requires a versatile professional who combines creative design expertise with hands-on technical production capabilities.
The ideal candidate will develop signage concepts, prepare production-ready files, and operate or supervise CNC machines, laser cutting equipment, plotters, and large format printers.
This position bridges the gap between creative vision and manufacturing execution, ensuring designs are both aesthetically compelling and technically feasible for efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop signage design concepts and prepare production-ready artwork files professionally.
- Operate CNC machines, laser cutters, plotters and large format printers efficiently.
- Supervise machine operators ensuring quality standards and production timelines are met.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication execution.
- Coordinate with production team to optimize manufacturing processes and material usage.
