Overview
Our signage manufacturing facility seeks a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain critical production equipment.
This hands-on position requires expertise in CNC routers, laser cutting machines, plotters, and large format printing equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines according to specifications, executing production runs, performing quality checks, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
This role is essential to our production workflow, requiring technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality signage products that meet client specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, laser cutters and printers per specifications.
- Monitor machine operations detecting malfunctions and performing quality control checks regularly.
- Perform routine maintenance cleaning and minor repairs on all production equipment.
- Read technical drawings and convert specifications into accurate machine operations.
- Maintain production logs documenting materials used and completed work orders accurately.
