The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office or organization by providing administrative and coordination support.
This role is essential in maintaining efficient communication, managing office resources, and assisting with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Management: Support the logistics of operations, such as coordinating transportation, shipping, and inventory control.
- Supply Chain Management: Support the supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution of products or services.
- Team Coordination: Collaborating with different teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication in daily operations.
- Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet operational needs.
- Documentation: Maintaining records and documentation related to operations for compliance and reference.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure business continuity.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Support operations with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
- Project Management: Coordinating and overseeing specific projects related to operations.
- Staff Certification process: Carry out the end-to-end process for all required staff licenses & certifications.
- Outsource Company: Point of contact for details and information related to outsourced staff, including attendance, etc.
