Production Chef
Role Overview
Prepare and cook food to set recipes and standards
Collect ingredients from Chill, Ambient, and Freezer storage areas
Book all transformed ingredients on the site system
Use production machinery safely as part of your daily work
Follow system processes and standard operating procedures
Label ingredients and products correctly
Make sure all ingredients and batches can be fully traced
Make sure all paperwork and records are clear, accurate, and easy to read
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules

Experience as a chef or in a food production role
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking
Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety
