Role overview

Lead people in the department or line to build a motivated and engaged team.

The role supports the Line Manager and champions health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Organize job rotation and conduct performance and probation reviews within the correct timelines.
  • Train, coach, and appropriately delegate work to team members.
  • Communicate team performance regularly.
  • Take responsibility for supporting the Line Manager and covering when unavailable.
  • Champion health and safety and uphold company values.
