Role overview
Production role supporting manufacturing of fashionable women's footwear at STYLO.
Production duties
- Set up machinery by adjusting settings, checking configurations, and completing safety inspections.
- Load raw materials, including corrugated cardboard, as needed to maintain production flow.
- Follow production schedules, job orders, and operating instructions to complete work accurately and on time.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects and compliance with quality requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns, technical problems, unusual behavior, and delays to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow operating procedures and safety rules.
- Assist with routine manufacturing duties and work with colleagues to meet production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Secondary school education or equivalent is required.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to operate machinery and perform practical production tasks are required.
- Organization, self-management, dependability, discipline, and responsibility toward safety are required.
- Manufacturing, packaging, factory, or similar industrial experience is an advantage.
