The coordinator supports eyewear shoppers, retail sales, and daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide attentive, friendly, professional shopping assistance.
- Help customers select eyewear, lenses, frames, and other optical products to suit their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, prices, and available options.
- Work toward monthly sales goals by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Monitor stock availability and inventory levels; keep optical products arranged and available.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, inquiries, and potential purchases to improve conversion and repeat business.
- Keep the store clean, attractive, organized, and well presented, including product displays.
- Support daily retail activities and coordinate routine store tasks.
Candidate requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; candidates pursuing a university degree or with higher education are also encouraged to apply.
- At least two years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or another customer-facing position.
- Optical store, eyewear shop, or related retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused, friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory handling, product presentation, and daily store procedures is beneficial.
