Production Assistant

Job Requirements: - Assists with food preparation for the week - Cleans food prep area thoroughly and practices good food safety - Can clean soft serve machine in preparation for new product as needed - Executes recipes with near perfect consistency/uniformity of output - Moves quickly to maximize efficiency of production - Offer suggestions for improving processes and implements those - Tracks inventory of ingredients and provides notice when running low - Ensures that servers have enough supplies to meet the demands of the week - Shows up on time. If you cannot make it to a shift, we expect you to let us know 24 hours in advance. - - We have a zero tolerance policy for missing a shift without notice (except for extreme extenuating circumstances). - Works well with other team members to create a fun work environment - ServSafe certification preferred (can be obtained after hiring) - Willing to wear an N95 mask during work hours Able to jump in to serve customers as needed

Qualifications: - Prior experience in food preparation is a plus ServSafe certification will be required after an initial trial period of 1 month - Able to work at least 2 days a week for 4 hours. - Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for up to 4 hours at a time - Preference for local candidates

Compensation: $17-22 per hour Bonus based on business performance
