Product Designer (UX/UI) for a leading banking project.
Design digital banking products and customer journeys, with focus on loans, credit cards, and retail banking solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to improve customer engagement and meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, visually engaging experiences for digital banking products.
- Create and maintain user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs.
- Translate business requirements, customer needs, and product objectives into effective experiences.
- Apply responsive design, usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, design validation, and customer journey analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency with design systems, UI standards, and design governance practices.
- Contribute to enterprise-scale banking platforms and improve journeys across financial products.
- Work effectively in fast-paced Agile product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product, UX, and UI design experience for digital products.
- Previous banking or financial-services experience; loans, credit cards, or similar retail banking products are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise-scale digital banking platforms.
- Understanding of banking customer journeys and financial product ecosystems.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with design systems, design governance, and enterprise UX practices.
