Product Strategy & Development Senior Advisor - Express Scripts Pharmacy - Remote

Team and position

Essential functions

• Research market trends, customer demand, unmet needs, and customer feedback.
• Partner with Evernorth product teams to explore coordinated solutions and new product concepts.
• Scope opportunities, develop business cases, identify monetization levers, and evaluate feasibility.
• Extract and analyze formularies, drug lists, clinical data, and financial models using reporting tools, including Analyst.
• Analyze claims utilization and volume, margins, trends, indications, drug-level market share, channel management, patient behavior, benchmarks, and KPIs.
• Translate data into insights, identify needs gaps, and develop product features, solutions, and prototypes.
• Create insight visualizations using graphs, charts, reporting, and other tools.
• Manage projects and milestones to deliver solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Eight years of healthcare or PBM industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or MBA desirable.
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning, program management, and regulated markets such as Medicare or Medicaid.
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to analyze data, structure complex problems, assess alternatives, recommend solutions, and act effectively in ambiguous situations.

Remote work

• The title identifies the position as remote.
• For occasional or permanent home working, internet service must be cable broadband or fiber with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
